OK so far, with starting fish oil, first week in, i already noticed a major difference, i wouldnt wake up with headaches anymore, if i did have any kind of headaches it would be a low 2 or 3 out of 10.
I cant say if i feel any difference on vitamin d3, because i dont know, i just know i used to be in the low range, and now im within the normal range since the blood test
UPDATE!
i have received the following vitamins and currently taking them
folate

vitamin d3 5000iu
melatonin 5mg
acetyl l carnitne
magnesium citrate
natural vitamin e pure d-alpha tocopherol
vitamin c crystals
ashwagandha
i havent noticed anything yet, except melatonin, i take it 30minutes before i want to sleep, and all i can say is it makes you sleepy AF, your eyes cant keep open and you steadily feel yourself going into sleep.

sadly i have not notice any difference in energy levels what so ever

havent notice any effects sadlyenough, once vitamins and supplements are finished, will discontinue use
Honestly feels like i wasted my money, however i am keen to try vitamin b12 injectable- methylcobalamin in the future, by injections
only supplements that i will continue to use are the following:
fish oil
vitamin d3
folate

Raising your D level is a long term process. What you may eventually see is a stronger immune system and much less tendency towards depression for no reason. D is needed for so many other nutrients to work properly that it's possibly the most important thing to be discussing in thalassemics. Are you taking B-12?

no im not taking any vitamin b12 but thinking about it, my vitamin b12 levels are within range. I was thinking of vitamin b12 injections, and also along with taking vitamin d3, there are websites online stating that we should take vitamin k2 so that we able to absorb vitamin d3
