Delayed puberty and hypogonadism is common anmong elder thals. Doctors generally prescribe, after doing reports, sex hormons to thals.
You may need sex hormons for lifetime if ur reports are not good and pitutary is damaged by iron. Many thals are taking hormons injection and having good results.
You need to see an endocrinologist for this purpose. The endo will check ur other hormons also like calcium, thyroid, diabetes , testosteron / estrogen and osteoporosis etc.
