Cherianne,

Good luck with the appointment,it seems you are compliant with your chelation then why isn't your ferritin coming down? Are you on desferal alone? Please update us  :hugfriend.

Dear Cherianne,

I hope that you will be able to successfully decrease your ferritin.  As your doctor considered combination therapy (L1 and desferal) for you?  I also hope that they are able to help you with your leg issues.  It is unfortunate that problems are allowed to get worse before action is taken.

Perhaps you can try 24hr IV chelation - it may bring down your ferritin significantly in a short time.

Best of luck Cherianne,

Sharmin

Thank you for your suggestions.  I will surely apply this to my son. I was not getting proper way to deal with it...
