Sometimes , He sends us failure so we can be humble.
Sometimes , He sends us illness so we can take better care of our selves.
Sometimes , He takes everything away from us so we can learn the value of everything we have.

Well said my mate.
There is no book that gives us details on what to expect, we write our own book and design our future by what we do.
Although we are all joined by a common thread, we are still individuals who take from each other what or how we want to do.
As nice friend was saying..... Only  you can decide what your future holds by what you do with your health and mangement.
Life is never easy but we are here to lend an ear or advice when you need it.
