When blood breaks down (hemolysis), bilirubin is secreated as a result. Bilirubin is a yellow pigment and when it is secreated in large amounts ( this means that Hb is decreasing ) it changes the the fluids of the body (urine), skin and eyes to yellow

Will thal rule you or will you rule thal?

The amount of hemolysis that takes place in thal minors will be related to their overall Hb levels. A low level means that not enough normal red blood cells are produced and the irregular red blood cells will be filtered out by the body. This is hemolysis.

I always look pale if i'm tired or when i'm  on my feet for even half an hour. What does that mean? My eyes don't look yellow though.

Quote
The person most likely to suffer from osteoporosis has pale skin

Quote
The reason why I chose to include this subject is because of the affect it can have on the feet; not so much from a fracture standpoint as I am not even sure I have seen a foot fracture that I attributed to osteoporosis in all my years of practice but rather another ramification of the disease as it relates to foot pain.
Many older individuals will present to the office complaining of generalized foot pain, more often than not both feet are affected. The patient generally cannot pinpoint an area that hurts but rather a complaint of nondescript pain in both feet. Yes, sometimes they may suffer from multiple arthritic joints, but they usually can then point to areas of the feet that hurt.

When the complaint is of pain with vague symptoms many times it can be from osteoporosis. As the bones of the feet demineralize over time, they become weaker but are still expected to support the whole body. This weakness in the bones reduces the strength of the individual bones and it is manifested as generalized foot pain.

i hope its helpful .. :S ..

Sometimes , God breaks our spirit to save our soul.
Sometimes , He breaks our heart to make us whole.
Sometimes , He sends us pain so we can be stronger.
Sometimes , He sends us failure so we can be humble.
Sometimes , He sends us illness so we can take better care of our selves.
Sometimes , He takes everything away from us so we can learn the value of everything we have.

The yellow color is caused by bilirubin, which is the result of the break down of red blood cells. Vitamins D & E and magnesium may have some positive effect on this, and should be taken regardless, but there are various factors for why blood breaks down early and much of this can't be affected.
