testosterone injections and thalassemia

Hi Andy,hi friends
Here is tests of my son zak.levels hormones are good only FSH is low.must my son have injections testosterone,he is 20y old ,he has no beard on face ,little muscles,and he is not very tall 1m62.

The testosterone level is in a normal range. Besides, big muscles are not seen very often in Thalassaemics.
Testosterone could raise Hb levels a little and has a influence on bone mass. It is given to male Thalassaemics as a prevention of osteoporosis. The endocrinologist should decide whether or not.

His testosterone level is in normal range. What will help the most is maintaining a good Hb level, above 9.5 and getting the iron load completely under control. Iron prevents proper function of glands, so the iron must be cleared out for normal growth to take place.

and what about his low FSH level ?? as his FSH level is a lil bit lower than least normal range ... is it something ignoreable ???
