I found this group by accident. I have been living with the thalassemia all my life and I think that this is great to have a place to go. To have people understand what I am going through is great. I give great credit to the founder Lisa and her friend Andy that keeps the forum going.

This is a great place to learn a lot about thal.
My wife is thal major, we met 5 years ago. married after 2 years.I have been following this site from last 5 years. though registered a few month ago. but this place and people are the one that gives me confidence,strong feeling that every problem can be solved.
Blessed with a Baby girl last year.
And Now I want to thank every single person on this group, specially LISA & ANDY, this unity and knowledge sharing has kept me motivated and well informed.
