Should I take Omega 3 supplements with 1170mg twice a day? It cause thinning blood and as a thalassemia patient I had hard time to stop gum bleeding . Any suggestions or inputs would be appreciated.  Thank You.

Omega 3 is safe. I would suggest taking vitamin C daily to see if reduces the gum bleeding. You can also consider a supplement with vitamin K in it.

All we are saying is give thals a chance.
