Hello beloved thalassemia and friends group!
I hope everyone had an wonderful 2017  .
I have been  absent for a long time .. there are lots to do everyday and off course I forget things that I don't write this is one of the things that are new for me .I'm not use to being forgetful (about user names and passwords) but I want to let you know that I'm doing well. I'm learning to coupe with my body's needs. 2017 was a very good year for me . My husband got me a Fitbit band as anniversary  gift and I decided that I was going to pay more attention on my sleeping ours and hydrated myself also on my stress level and food intake.  Around February,I had a reflecting memory of my life and I found out that my pain problems started with a information I received 4 years ago . After confronting my sadness I had much more peace and less pain ( fibromyalgia) I also went to a hormone specialist in April and started hormone therapy.I  passed vacation time in Rio Brazil (after not being able to visit for 11 years ). My children are growing up very fast now they are 9 and 7 and they will be getting less need of mom.
I'm happy and looking forwards for what 2018 will bring . Thank you to all of you that shared a bit of your lives here , this is such a blessing in my life. Some of you try to reach to me sometimes but O don't know why couldn't send a message just to you. Thank you for being there when I was so confused and suffering. Thank you Andy and Danielle for keeping this group and being there for every new member and senior member. A Happy 2018 to all. Keep going my friends, let us keeping supporting each other here.
