You are thal intermedia and unless you can raise your hemoglobin level, you will need transfusion. Since you are in India, I would suggest you contact Dr Vijay Ramanan and ask about his novel therapy, which is yielding good results in many people similar to yourself. In addition to raising the Hb so patients don't have to transfuse, his therapy is showing good results in patient growth, as well. Go to this link to find contact information, https://www.vijayramanan.com/

Mubeen,

I don't know any doctors in Pakistan. Try contacting Ayesha Mehmood for advice. you'll find her on Facebook.

Dear Andy I share on facebok to Mrs. Aysha but she also don't know that what is sickle cell and beta plus patient, so your opinion is much important for us. My son is two and half year old and his weight is only 10 kg from last year

Sickle cell beta thal is treated like thalassemia, so any doctor who treats thalassemia can treat it. Again, there is no way for me to give you the names of doctors in Pakistan.
