Hello friends! , I was recently diagnosed with beta thal minor after blood tests have been done by my GP and i have been experiencing restlessness , brain fog , and fatigue , they don't know what to do about my symptoms so I will be seeing a hematologist on the 21st . For a year I have been coping with the symptoms with coffee . The fatigue has become a big problem on my day to day life becoming almost unbearable. I have started taking vitamin b complex and my doctor described vitamin d supplements . Any and ALL advice is welcome and greatly appreciated  thank you!!!! Huh?

I would suggest adding a magnesium supplement right before going to bed. It helps with restlessness and can help you get a better night's sleep, which should help to reduce the fatigue.

All we are saying is give thals a chance.
