Dr Robin and his group recently received a visit from George from TIF. I really hope this can start them on the road to getting more help for patients in Bangladesh. Bappy, I hope you can soon meet with them and talk to them about finding safe blood.

Hi Bappy,

You need to have your blood tested when you are using Exjade, so until you can get more, there is no need for this test. The serum creatinine level is just slightly low and I would suggest that you make sure you take plenty of fluids when using Exjade. Drink a lot of water.

I don't have any chelators or supplies. It's been awhile since I received any donations of anything. I would like to ask people to donate whenever they have any extra chelators or thumbtack style needles. This will always be put to good use. And if there is anyone who can help Bappy and the treatment center in Bangaldesh, please do so. I am sure all donations, including money, would be put to good use. Doctor Robin could easily move to Canada with his family and make a good living, but he has chosen to stay in his homeland to help thals have a better life. Who can help? Please contact them and offer what you can. Let's see Bappy become another success story.

Is there anyone who can help Bappy get Exjade (Asunra, desirox)? No one has offered any to me in a long time. Does anyone have any extra or possibly is in a position to help? Let's do right by Bappy, folks. Help him out.

I wish i could. We don't have Asunra or desirox here and exjade is more than expensive (can reach $3000 monthly)

How about ferriprox/Kelfer???

Hi Bappy,

It helps if you start out with a low dose of Kelfer at first while your body adjusts to the new drug. It is a very good chelator, so I hope you do well with it.

Does anyone have any supply of chelator that they can send to Bappy? This is quite urgent. Even if you send it through me, I will make sure Bappy gets it.
