This is the program that I use to make pictures smaller.  Andy and I thought you guys may benefit from it, so I'm posting it here for you to download.

It's a free program, and very easy to use. 

If you are going to resize your pictures for the gallery using this program, please try and make them no larger than 600x450.   Thanks.

Danielle,

Thanks for the link to this program for re-sizing photos. It works so much faster than what I've been using and you can re-size an entire folder full of photos just as easily as doing one pic.

You're welcome, Andy.  I'm glad you like the program.  I find it really easy as well, and like it much better than any of the other programs I've downloaded in the past.
