Personal Messages: Just a reminder

If you have chosen to receive an email alert when you have a personal message, please remember to come back to the site to respond to the message.  Do not reply to the email, because the message will go to Andy and I, instead of the person that you are responding to.

I have gotten several emails from members trying to respond to their private messages, so I just wanted to remind you guys that you need to log in to the site and respond to them here, and not reply back to the email.  :)

Hi,

I'm facing one issue.

Sometimes I don't get an email alert when someone sends me a P.M

It has happened several times. I visit the site many times a day. Very often someones sends me a P.M seeing me online to come to the chat room, but by the time the message reaches me, I've left the site; however I have my MSN logged on all the time which instantly alerts me of any email that I get; but I don't receive the alert email from our site!!!

When I come back to the site at some other time of the day, I am greeted with a message about the P.M and when I check it, it's too late and the person is no longer online ???

Sajid, do you check your spam box?   ???  Thank you for letting us know about the issue.  I'll check into it. 

Is anyone else having this problem?  It might just be MSN, considering that they are not a reliable provider, as we have learned in the past.   :-\
