Andy, you asked how thiings are going re transfussion.. Unfortunately only at the beginning the intervals had been longer but after some months, after stopping cortision before the transfussion due to other side affects..I started again going twice per months.
The lung pressure, pulmonale hypertonia, is the most worst part of all... :(
so those are my news..
