Frustrated by the virus

If it can detect the virus and unable to clean; then probably a system critical file is infected which can't be worked on while it is loaded.

The best way to avoid such scenario is to keep your anti virus updated all the time.

Sorry to hear about that ,viruses are always annoying, whether in the human body or in computers  :dunno.

So finally got rid of the virus and spyware programs. The firefox browser is much better than internet explorer and safer as well. I specially liked the Panda security scan as a second opinion.
