How do I change profile pic and add photos to gallery?

Help! :mad......How do i change my profile pic and add pics to the gallery?

Hi,

To change the Profile picture:


* Click "Profile" on the top menu
* Here you will see "Forum Profile Information" under "Modify Profile" where you will have several options to choose a picture or upload your own
To upload to the gallery:


* Click "Gallery" on the top menu
* Click "Member Photos"
* scroll to down to the bottom of the page to find the link "Add a picture"
