We all live with Thalassaemia in some form or another and I'm sure that we have some positive memories or experiences because of it or maybe we are grateful to be Thalassaemic because it taught or gave us something to strive or live for.

I'll go first....

I'm thankful for being Thalassaemic because it has made me appreciate life by making me work for it.
It has also given me humility by being more understanding of others less fortunate than me. :(

I like the fact that I don't have to cut back on eating because its hard for me to gain weight.  I can have milkshakes with every meal. My co-workers wish they could.  :rotfl
