Just wondering how Umair is doing and if anyone has heard from him

Good to know that you feel better. You should take curd for your stomach.
I have also heard that there is a particular bacteria which causes stomach aches.

i dont know wat was the reason behind my stomach pain , but the doctor to whom i consulted , was on night duty in hospital time was nearly 4;00 am i dont know about the doctor's profile and his carier profile. he told by seeing the colour of vomiting and the condition , according to him i was having Severe Acidity ...
aboout curd ; thank you buddy for the valuable sugestion .. i were only on milk in first then i turned onto Nestle's yogurt/curd then light meals like porridge with curd and then on routine meals .... now i m fine .. and back on routine life but carefull and taking curd with meal and cup of milk after meal ( milk , bcoze my uncle told me that , milk has the ability to controle the Acid which released by the liver, to digest the oily and spicy food ). i m experienced and it works as well ... Thank you Jade for the help ... please keep it up .. its feel realy good to have a caring reply like yours ... i m realy thankful of you .... May God Bless You buddy ! :ty ........
