Just wondering how Umair is doing and if anyone has heard from him

It is very safe in the hands of a competent chiropractor. They regularly adjust the elderly safely, so they do modify the techniques for the patient. I would suggest always getting a recommendation from someone you know, so you know in advance that the chiropractor is good.

:happyyes :) , it's sumthing that make's feel beetter abt it , i will definitely find a super one chiropracter if i feel that i reallly need to see a chiropracter , that backache was temprory and after that day i never experienced that , and i think it has been a week when i had that ... so i think tat was a temprory pain bcoze of sumthing was on those days ( that could bcoze weakness or anything else that i experienced those days ) ....
