Just wondering how Umair is doing and if anyone has heard from him

i think i was out of topic to discuss there in " Thals n depression " thread , so i decided to answer here in this thread ..

it was not the blood shortage when i delayed Tx last time but this time , it was set of events that made it late ..
on sept-24 was 3rd day of Eid...
25th Friday, and i dont like to go for Tx on Fridays ..
26th Saturday , here i was not sure about the blood availability and i dont wanted to have a Tx with stored blood more than 10 days ( bcoze just after Eid there was No Blood Camp date ) ...
27th was sunday ......
28th monday , its was the date when all people joined back to normmal routine ..
29th tuesday , i was expecting a blood camp on this date and i wanted to have blood bag of this camp , thats whay i waited for wednesday to go ..
30th Wednesday , my Tx day , Hb 7.8 , blood bag was bleeded just a day bfore my Tx day .....
i m planing to go for 2 more Txs in upcoming 10 day to keep up my Hb around 10 ..
i will try not to harm myself again and will try to have Tx within the 12-14 days ( as my doc has said me to do ) .. i hope this will never happen again ..

do not let your hb below 9-10. That's all you must check out and adjust your bt according to that.

i will try to keep a good eye on my Hb and i will try my best to keep my pre-tx Hb in-between 10-10.5 ... thanx for wishing me a nice day ... wishing you too " A Nice DaY :) " ...
