when doctor was prescripting you this , is he mentioned any grocery store to buy dalya and sago dana from ??.....

Well its not 1st time i heard any doctor is saying to eat only  dalya or sago dana , a few weks ago , at my thal center i met to patient who was soo weak , when staff asked abt the reason of his weakness, he saidd the same you mentioned above his doctor said to him to not to transfuse untill it bcome's to necessory . he was looking very weak ..
