Zinc deficiency and hair

I have heard that thal majors are likely to have dry and brittle hair - is this a sign of zinc deficiency?

Really? Because my daughter's hair is so silky and soft that it's hard to keep it in any clips or catchers  :wink

She in not taking any zinc syrup.

My daughter's hair is really silky (same problem with the clips  :teehee), my son's hair used to be the same way but lately it is a little more dry than my daughter's hair so I thought that it maybe because of a zinc deficiency.   Sometimes his hair stands up like a porcupine  :teehee :teehee

The deal with me is totally different. I am on Zinc syrup cause of my acne. So, to clear my skin my doc has put me on a zinc syrup.

Zinc is very important for thals - if you gives you radiant skin too that's a bonus   :thumbs
