we are talking about Centrum Silver here... I found something called Centra Silver which is being sold here in Pakistan BUT it contains 9 mg iron :o

and found Surbex Z by Abbot, it doesn't contain iron, magnesium and vit d :/

Surbex Z contains 500 mg of Vitamin C which is not suitable for thals.Good searching though :) .And C max plus doesn't contain Vitamin D,calcium isn't absorbed properly with out Vitamin D and can lead to calcium stones.
