Thank you Kathy, he is actually feeling better today.  Thank god his hg held up through all of this.   

We can be tough on ourselves about passing on the genes.  The reality is that we cannot help the fact that these genes have been passed on anymore than our parents could have prevented passing them on to us.  All we can do is raise them properly and take good care of them while they are young - which I am sure you have done for your boys:)

Hello!!!

I just want to tell you that Javier is fine and that Andres is going to have his bone marrow transplant in 2 or 3 weeks. I talked last Friday with their father and he told me everything is going well.

I told him about this forum and he entered, but since he doesn't speak English he has asked me to tell you they are very happy. He also told me that if you have any question about how is everything going maybe I could translate it for him and post back the reply in the forum.
