Thank you for the information.  Another thing that we do here is that we keep the vegetables for 2-3 days and then we consume but the nutritional value is also lost, I believe. 

I totally agree with you.  Eg give animal remains to cow, result: mad cow.  I wonder what we will witness in the future.

Walnuts are too. , top of the list at inhibiting Iron uptake as a polyphenols.
Phytates 303, Tannin equivalents 1400 mg per 100 Grams of dry material.
