Rituxin and heart rate

Andy,

A thalassemia patient in India - who was experiencing antibodies had her first infusion with rituxan.  During the treatment her heartbeat increased to 150.  She is a little reluctant to have a second treatment.  She is transfusing twice a week and the iron levels are increasing.  Is it safe to continue rituximab treatment?
