My attendance at the conference is looking less likely.  :sadyup  Right now, Saturday looks like the only day I can possibly be there and I don't know if it's worth the expense for only one day.

I really hope that you can attend, you will comprehend more than any of us.  I really hope that things work out and that you are able to be there.  I think that you will also like meeting all of the wonderful doctors that will be there.  We would also love the opportunity to finally meet you in person.
