here we take 100mg zinc per day... the adults anyway, I do not know what kids get.

Now i am searching for this zinc supplement, that would be equivlant to the 10mg. Actually i can not use the one of puritan that has calcium and magnesium because it will be too much Ca and Mg since he is taking the suffient needs from Osteocare.

Unfortunatly puritan pride does not have zinc alone suitable for children

When i find something i will let you know, thank you so much
