Madhavi belong to China and chinese keep a tight control over internet contents entering their wires, lots of stuff is blocked there. I think this might be the reason link is not opening.

Tariq and Zaini are right....my place of residence is such....
But there are many other good things to look at right now....so will let that small little hitch be overlooked...!
