I always look pale if i'm tired or when i'm  on my feet for even half an hour. What does that mean? My eyes don't look yellow though.

As the bones of the feet demineralize over time, they become weaker but are still expected to support the whole body. This weakness in the bones reduces the strength of the individual bones and it is manifested as generalized foot pain.

does the eye colur change to yellow for all the thals or is it preventable cos i have seen 2-3 thals in my centre they look absolutely normal and u cant identify that they are thals if any special care needs to be taken pls let me know

The yellow color is caused by bilirubin, which is the result of the break down of red blood cells. Vitamins D & E and magnesium may have some positive effect on this, and should be taken regardless, but there are various factors for why blood breaks down early and much of this can't be affected.

My brother is looks normal ,low iron and boold is between 8 and 10 most of time but eyes is dark yellow
....we dont know why ....but we want to know why ...?
