Did u get a desferal pump?.....in case not, or it's too expensive, i might be able to help you with a pump.
The only thing is that i'm from Romania, but that shouldn't be a problem!

I  tried  every  where  in   Karachi  to   purchase   Medis  pump  but  not  available  in  Pakistan,and   the  same  thing  with  thumbtack  style  needle.
