I hope that your sister is showing signs of improvement.  My heart breaks for your family.  You are a lifeline for all of us and I feel completely helpless right now - not being able to do anything for you.  I am sending my prayers - and hoping that all of the good karma you have earned helping thousands of people protects you and your family.

She did have surgery last night and is a coma today. The doctors say they have never seen anyone recover from this and they expect the worst.
