I'm taking part in the Care Walk 2011 to raise money for the COOLEY'S ANEMIA FOUNDATION - please make a donation by visiting our FirstGiving page: http://www.firstgiving.com/fundraiser/david_levy/care-walk-2011?fge=ask

You can donate online with a credit card. All donations are secure and sent directly to COOLEY'S ANEMIA FOUNDATION by FirstGiving, who will email you a printable record of your donation. The minimum recommended donation is $10.00. Additionally, if you will be in Chicago on May 1st and wish to join my team and participate in the walk, please let me know and I will add you to the group! The registration fee is $50.00.
