need info for transfusions at chennai

Dear all,

I  am going to chennai for 3 months.. I did searched and find out that their is a thalasemia society out there in chennai.. I did called them but they said they already have many patients and they could not manage sufficient for for them so they said you will have to transfuse and search donors at ur own.. Please do tell me about any blood banks and hospitals which provide transfusions out there at chennai.
