Funding for cure

What are the different ways to donate money which goes towards research for thal cure:

1) buying $13 CD from this website

2) any other ways to increase awareness and hence contributions ?

Let me check with Pat G about the current status of fundraising. The process is being turned over to Sloan Kettering, but Pat's company still has a financial interest in the process. I do not know if new money can be added and frankly, SK should be able to fund it from here on.
