Black cumin??

Good day Andy, I`ve heared some news that black cumin can raise Hb in Thals. Is that true??

Do you recommend using them?? Any proven benefit?? and how much??

I have not heard that black cumin can raise Hb, but I have heard many good things about its usefulness in liver and pancreatic health, so it is a good herb to use.
