Ferritin too low?

Apollo:
Well my insurance won't cover Exjade at under 500 so I can't really do anything. The doctor says that the exjade at under 500 can also cause complications with the ears and eyes not just the liver and kidneys. Not sure what to do, guess I'll just listen to the doc.
