SALINE WASHED RBC BLOOD Vs FILTER

Can anyone give the answer that using SALINE WASHED PACKED RBC blood need not require any FILTER.

Yes, I take PCV and TSW (Triple Saline Wash) and I don't use a filter, my WBCs are maintained in normal range and it doesn't cause any bad effect after transfusion as well, I stay healthy. I tried filter in early 2009 but I eventually had many problems a lot of time and there was actually no benefit to me so I stopped using it.
