Food for Hepatitis B Treatment

Hi,

I was recently diagnosed for Hepatitis B and was told the viralload is not significant to apply vaccination/treatment. However, I noticed my ankle and feet are slightly getting swollen up. What Food treatment can I take or avoid. I currently use Essential Fortes 300mg, a capsule daily as recommended by my doctor.
