Planning to travel to Austria or Germany

Hello!

This year I've started learning German so I am thinking about traveling to Austria or Germany in Spring so as to see if I really learnt some German.

Do you know any Thal or any Comprehensive Thal centre there?

I don't really think I am going to need a hospital there but it is always good to know about it just in case.
