Thank you, Andy, and Pratik! If the tablets are too big, I won't hesitate to cut them in half. I actually got an Exjade tablet stuck in my throat last night. I thought it had completely dissolved, but apparently it had not... A little scary! My throat might be a bit small too! :rotfl

It is OK to crush Exjade tablets, as is done when mixing with food. I have no idea why the instructions say not to crush the tabs. You can't change the molecular structure by crushing, so there is nothing that can change about Exjade by crushing it.

What I do is I dissolve Exjade for an hour or so and let it sit at bottom. So after an hour when I stir it, it is completely and nicely dissolved. Drinking after 5 minutes or so after dissolving may leave a part of the tablet undissolved.
