HELP REQ: Procedure to get Thal Major treatment started around LA

Dear Friends,

 My daughter Aastha, is Thal Major and taking trearment (Transfusions and chelation) in India at frequecy of 3 weeks.

We need to travel to Los Angeles (CA) on work assignment for a year or so. Can you please guide me the steps to get transfusions etc started there? We have been to UK in past and it was quite straight to get treatment started there with NHS.

We are going to have medical cover my Aetna.

Please help.
