Ozone therapy

Has anyone tried ozone therapy? Want to make sure introducing more oxygen into blood not going to be a problem with thal beta minor.  thanks.

It's safe. We discussed this some years ago regarding its use with thal majors, and it does give a temporary benefit, by helping to optimize the circulatory system. Deep breathing is also of benefit.
