Yup. It can. The body takes time to adjust with it. Keep dosage at minimum or take a short brake

I am from Delhi and just want to cross check, is wheat grass tablets available in Delhi? I check Patanjali Store near to my home but they said it is only available in powder form or in liquid. It will be a great help for me if you can tell me any store in Delhi to have good quality wheat grass tablet in  as my daughter is reluctant to take powder and Juice. :(

I take almost all supplements on a full stomach after a meal. It seems to help prevent any stomach issues.

I am not aware about availability at delhi.
My senior thal friends make wheat grass tablets available to me through courier.
