How we got the result about folic acid?

                           From Andy Sir's previous reply I understand that if anyone tolerate folic acid , facing no side effects to taking it, can metabolize it then folic acid is fine  instead of taking L-Methyfolate.

Thanks Andy , Dharmesh for the answers. Abyaya yes you are correct if folic acid tablet is not showing any side effects than it should be fine and no need to jump on to L-Methylfolate. I will continue my son on Folic acid since he does not show any abnormal sings.
