is this WheatGrass Product suitable for Thalassemia Majors ??..

Hi Manal , Sharmin, Zaini, Andy and everyone please guide me over this product ....

it has iron and Vitamin-C ..  i dont know how much iron it has bcoze its mentioned/measured by percentage/percentile ... and please tell me if its good and suitable for me ???.... and also tell me according to its label,,  how much iron does it contain in per serving??? .. i will really thankful of you guys :) ..

Recommended Daily Value of Iron should be 10-20mg/day. 10 for males and 20 for females... so i don't know which value it refers to. In the worst case, 5% of 20mg is 1mg of Iron.

I found this one from an italian website: Iron = Ferro. It says 25mg/100g = 2mg/8g. I couldn't find other datas, but it seems that your product is nice!
Just be sure that it's organic, and that it wasn't cooked/boiled or whatever prior to become powder.

25 mg in 100 grams is a very low amount. Patients generally take 1-2 grams of wheatgrass powder daily, so the amount of iron ingested is very small.
