Hi friend,
This is saddam hossain bappy. I am from Bangladesh . Dear friend i have a request to all . If you have any desferal pump which you not use any more but still working then please send it to me  . In Bangladesh many patient unable to buy infusion pump . your simple help can make a big difference for a poor patient . please come forward to help some one .
