Best chealtor for pancreases

Respected team as done T2 * mri in which pancreas was highly overloaded  Value is R 2 907
Pls suggest which is best chealtor for pancreas.

I haven't found any info about which chelator would work best for the pancreas. Keep in mind that much depends on the individual. I know people who have taken only one chelator and do great, while others have only slow progress on combination chelation. The most important things are never skip a dose and if the iron isn't dropping, raise the chelator dose.

Last 4 days I have not given asunra to my baby.Because her fever was over 100.Now she is ok. Hopefully tomorrow she will start again her chelaton therapy.. Is my decision ok?
