Medicines during Pregnancy

Hello All,

I m a mother of 7 yrs old thal major girl, & I m 7 month pregnant ( baby is thal trait according to CVS done) , in 3rd month my HB was 11 & in 7th month it is 9.5. So doctor has started the medicines but she is doubtful whether  it will work in my case as i m thal carrier. So does anybody know any other solution for this or any medicine/supplement for this.

Your Hb is not an issue unless it drops below 8. What you are seeing is perfectly normal for thal minors during pregnancy. You should be taking L-methylfolate to help increase your Hb. Wheatgrass tablets can also help.
